All the Southern Yellow Pine and Hardwood lumber came off my mill here in Durham. The lists below are a snapshot of what I typically keep around, but lumber moves and logs come in, so the amounts and dimensions change week to week. If you see a species you want, send me a request and I'll tell you exactly what I've got on hand, what condition it's in, and what it'll run you.
Actual Dimension Lumber (2x4 is full 2 inches by 4 inches, etc.).
Stouter than box store lumber, but wont be compatible with joist hangers, post brackets, etc.
Common Dimension Lumber (2x4 is 1.5 inches by 3.5 inches, etc.).
Common lumber is still rough sawn/green, and is cut to fit in joist hangers or other common hardware designed for modern standard building lumber. Note that green lumber may shrink, and rough sawn lumber is not always uniform.
